Robert Barnwell Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 9, 2026, at the age of 94, Robert Barnwell (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Esther Louise Barnwell (Whatley) and Frederic William Barnwell; his wife Barbara Harrington; and his children, Linda Louise, David William, Paul Richard, Stephen John and Scott Allen.
