He was predeceased by: his parents, John Conrad and Stella Conrad; his wife Joan Zaroski; his siblings, Anne, Ollie MacDonald (Alec), John "Juksey" Conrad (Annette) and Pauline MacLeod (Donnie); his parents-in-law, Violet and John Zaroski; his niece Sandy Rose; and his great-nephew Neil Rose.

He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Young (Gary) and Cynthia; his grandchildren, Christian Young (Sumi Gurung) and Cassidy Young; and his brother-in-law John Zaroski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
