He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Elvin and Vera Elvin; and his sister Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Bev; his children, Kristen and Tyler (Christine); and his sister Maureen Williamson of Toronto.

Due to COVID restrictions, a celebration of Bob's life will be held on an invitation basis on Thursday, December 16, 2021 in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.

If friends desire, a donation made in Bob's memory to the Northern Cancer Fund (payable to the TBRHSF) would be most appreciated.
