He was predeceased by: his wife Eadie Maki; his sons, Roddy Maki (Dolores) and David Maki; his grandson Michael St. James; his parents, Jenny Maki and Lauri Maki; his sister Lorna Tilson; his brother-in-law Ken Tilson; and his great-nephew Zachary Tilson-Ozarko.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie McLeod (Bruce) and Kelly Taggart (Kerry); his grandchildren, Hillary Bohler (Curtis Craig), Alexander Bohler, John St. James and Colin St. James (Brittany Thatcher); his sister Judy Maki; and his brother-in-law Bob Shepherd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
