He was predeceased by: his parents, Ilko and Maria; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his sons, James, Jarren and Justin; the mother of his children Pam; his siblings, Taras Hong Kong (Pat), Ihor (Sophie), Zen (Cathy) and Dr. Lesia Kozyra; and his sister-in-law Lorri (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
