She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Ashley; and her son Joey Jr. (Joey SR.). She is survived by: her spouse Joey; her children, Darin (Josephine), Lori-Ann, Walter, Joanne, Bob (Candida) and Andrew; her grandchildren, Rain, Sky, Joey, Darin, Mackenzie, Andy, Nadine, Kyle, Rory, Marcus, Kevin, Kayleigh, Brandy and Quintin; her great grandchildren, Sierra, Aiden, Nova, Pierce, Sunshine, Nero, Aurora, Amelia, Happy, Samuel, Andrew, Darrin and Daryland; and her siblings, Betty Ann, Douglas and Stanley.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel (21 Court St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A4T4). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
