It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Vester (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Friday and Agnes Friday; her brother Robert; her daughter Linda; her brother-in-law Jack Dixon; her nephew Tom Dixon; her daughter-in-law Wendy Vester; and her nephew-in-law Danny Lewtas.

She is survived by: her children, Bryan (Carol Ann) of Iowa, Brenda Romick (George), Dan (Leslie) of High River, AB, Larry (Karen) and David (Carol); her grandchildren, Amanda Krambeer (Mike), Caitlin, Corey (Kaylee), Vanessa Romick (Nolan Guenther), Adam Romick, Heather Romick (Brett DiGiuseppe), Ellis of Montreal and Ashley (Tanner Symonds); her great grandchildren, Layton, Tate Krambeer and Brooklyn DiGiuseppe; and her sister Ellen Dixon.
