It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Saladia Kakekayash (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Kakegamic and Minnie Kakegamic; her brother Josias; and her grandchildren, Trinity and Ryan.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Kakekayash; her children, Curtis (Rachel), Calvin (Jolene) and Skylar (Marlene); and her siblings, Gloria, Ella-Jane, Harry, Frank and Elijah. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and other extended relatives.
