Sandy Gillis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandy Gillis (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on February 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Percival Garnett Gillis and Frances Mae; his significant other Ruth; and his siblings, Warren, Patrick, Lois, Gloria, Stella, Mary, Geraldine, Loretta, Jean, Marlene and Jacqueline.

He is survived by: his children, Shelley (Marvin), Rick and Greg (Kathy); his siblings, Duncan (Mickey), Nancy Bridgeman and Susan Gustafson (Howard); and his sister-in-law Judy Gillis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northern Cancer Fund.
