Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sarah Albertson (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 83, on May 2, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Helli; her siblings, Armas, Sulo, Lauri, Toivo, Aarne, Olavi, Sirkka and Aili; and her niece Cheryl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen (Adrian Heaps), Katherine (John Colthart) and Sandra (Sam Romeo); her grandchildren, Noah (Jess), Anna (Tyler), JJ (Lucy), Aaron, Jacqueline, Alena, Toby (Tasleem), Zia and Isa; her nieces, Gaylene (Ron), Diane (Simon) and Carol; and her nephew Len.
It was explained that we weren't allowed in due to COVID rules, her response was, "Well to hell with that!".
In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to plant a tree or garden, or donate to the TBRHSF Northern Cancer Fund in memory of Sarah Albertson.
