He was predeceased by: his wife Anna; his parents, John Leschuk and Annie Leschuk; his siblings, Peter Leschuk (Sophie) and Olga Fummerton (Bill); his parents-in-law, Dan and Jennie Matweyw; his in-laws, Josie Bremault (Guy), Chuck Adderley, Michael Diteljan and Sharyn Leschuk; his nieces, Diane Diteljan and Mary Ellen Adderley; and his cousin Morris Leschuk.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Leschuk, Karen MacEachern (Rick) and Marc Leschuk (Allison); his grandsons, Andrew and Quinn Leschuk; his siblings, Rose Diteljan and Stan Leschuk (Jean); and his in-laws, Carrie Matweyw (Gary Tanner) and Fran Adderley. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Cardiovascular Surgery Campaign at TBRHSC or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
