With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tilde Racco (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on April 1, 2021 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tilde Racco to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Rocco Racco; her stepson Joe (Rose Racco); her daughter-in-law Marlene Racco; and her great grandchild Cosimo Racco. She is survived by: her son Mario (Lorrie); her grandsons, Alexander, Tyler and Dylan; and her stepchildren, Teresa Grassia (Egidio), Cosimo Racco, Bill Racco (Marlene), Frank Racco (Maria) and Tony Racco (Ruth).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

I met Tilde when Mario and I became best friends during our grade school and high school years together and was treated to many wonderful home made meals. Tilde always thought I was too skinny as a kid and encouraged me to eat more (lol). Tilde, may you rest in peace and your memories be a blessing.”
