He is survived by: his parents, John and Sophie (Maczimchuk); his brothers, John and Mike Chochla; his children, Mark (Donna), Morris (Janice), Louise and Glen (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Samantha, Jacquelyn, James, Sophie, Ella and Annie.
