He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Kangas (Verna); and his grandparents, Rose Kangas, Eino Kangas, Karl Autio and Kaarina Autio.
He is survived by: his children, Hannu and Alyssa-Rose (James); his granddaughter Jasmine Aaliyah-Rose; his mother Laila Siddall (Autio); and his sisters, Linda Doyle (Brendan), Julia Kangas and Kathy Sauve (Mark).
