He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Dackiw and Mary Dackiw; his wife Bernice; and his stepson Lorne Chabot.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Waverley Chapel (299 Waverley St, Thunder Bay, ON P7B5Z7). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Williams memory may be made to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
