He was predeceased by: his sister Macy Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Hannah; his children, Noah and Aubree; his parents, Carla Warren and Joe Anttonen; his brothers, Daniel Warren and Raymond Polz; and his in-laws, Carla and Trevor Ramage.
