He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Joseph Courey Sr. and Pauline Courey; and his siblings, Philip Joseph Jr. Dolores Courey and Madeline Courey. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Anne Dancey and Kathleen Courey; and his siblings-in-law, Souad Courey and Arthur N. Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
