She is survived by: her mother Jeanne Jonckheere-West of Tillsonburg; her child Jonckheere; her close friend Daniel Shortt; her uncle Michael; her aunt Margaret; her cousin Amber; her child Alaska; her cousin Bradley; and also Raven. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
