She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Elsie Wood and Rodgers; her husband George F. J. Thompson; her brother Donald Thomas Wood; her daughter Christine Jeanette; and her close friends, Gail Friesen of Woodstock and Peggy Friesen of Norwich.
