He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cowden and Martha Cowden (Oshell); his wife Olga Joyce Cowden (Morris); and his sisters, Jean and Alice.
He is survived by: his children, Randall, Scott and Linda (Alan Millar); his sisters, Jacqueline, Marjorie and Joann; and his friend Muriel McCallum. He is also survived by nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
