He was predeceased by: his former wife Geraldine Bell; his daughter Barbara Hulet; his son-in-law Larry Hopkins; and his sister Rosaleen Esbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bell; his children, Marlene Hopkins of Tillsonburg, Dave Finch (Roseanne) of Tillsonburg, Eileen Arthur (Howard) of Norwich, Paul Finch (Cheryl) of Tillsonburg and Tracy Finch of Tillsonburg; and his brother Bert Bell of Hagersville. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
Attendees will no longer need to RSVP; face masks are required indoors until March 21.
