She was predeceased by: her sister Margaret Deveau; and her pet Rueben. She is survived by: her sons, Robert McKinnon of Hamilton, David Rose of Tillsonburg, James Deveau (Rosalia) of London and Joseph Antonissen (Victoria) of Port Burwell; her siblings, John Deveau of Port Dover and Clarence Deveau of Hamilton; her significant other Bob Brandow; and her pets, Mittens and Nuisance.

Due of Charlotte's love of animals, memorial donations to the Oxford County SPCA would be appreciated by her family.
