He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Renata; his brother John; and his parents-in-law, Elizabeth and Johan.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Nick Ternapolski (Amanda) and Michelle Ternapolski; his grandson Wyatt; his brothers, Dave and James Ternapolski; his siblings-in-law, Isaac (Tina), Rick (Tina), John (Kim), Elizabeth, Ann (Neil), Mary (Chris), Jake (Lena) and Colleen; and his stepmother Jill.
All invited guests must wear a mask and will be socially distanced.
