He is survived by: his spouse Pat; his daughters, Melissa Dewachter (Chris) and Nadine Hendricks-Sena (Kristian); his mother-in-law Elda Volkaert; his sister Judy Calvert (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Deb Pittock (Dave), Joe Volkaert (Sherry) and Joyce Hendricks-Haddock.
