With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cornelia Dymphna Vandermarel (Tillsonburg, Ontario), who passed away on May 23, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Antonie "Tony" Vandermarel; her brother John Veraart; and her brother-in-law Donald "Duck" Lilley. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Withenshaw (Mike) of Tillsonburg, Deb Holcombe (Tony) of Brownsville and Joanne Hayward (Larry) of Clear Creek; her grandchildren, Ang Andriekus (Adam), Mike Holcombe (Trish), Matt Holcombe (Ashley), Elizabeth Vandermarel (Dustin) and Chad Hayward; her great grandchildren, Daythan Hayward, MacKenzie Parker, Aislynn Dyck and Reena Dyck; her siblings, Laurens Veraart (Georgena), Frank Veraart (Faye), Rinus Veraart (Alice), Bas Veraart (Jane), Kathy Lilley, Cobi Paton (Richard) and Ria Anstee; and her sister-in-law Shirley Veraart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
