He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Smith and Margaret Bernice Smith (Penman). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith of Tillsonburg; his son-in-law Craig (Meghan); his grandchildren-in-law, Ethan, Aubrey, Kyle (Stephanie) and Connor (Selina); his siblings, Debbie (late Jim) and Scott (Anna); his mother-in-law Teresa Puklicz; his brothers-in-law, Andrew Puklicz (Cheryl) and Adam Puklicz; his pet Benn; Landon, Luca, Celia of Tillsonburg and Russell of Tillsonburg.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 153 (16 Durham St, Tillsonburg, ON N4G1V7).
