He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo and Evelyn (Bye); his brother Ray; his uncle Glen; his aunt Rhea Sutherland (Poole); his parents-in-law, Chuck (Puddicomb) and Sadie Puddicomb (Howe); and his brother-in-law Jack (Puddicomb).

He is survived by : his close friend Marilyn (Puddicomb); his daughters, Pam (Jason) and Sheri Bouck; his grandson Cameron; his nephew Daryl; his children, Derrek and Tory; and his nieces and nephews, Jay, Steve, Dee and Leslie.

Memorial donations can be made to the Port Rowan Fire Fighter's Association or to the Royal Canadian Legion, Port Rowan Branch 379 which would be appreciated as an expression of sympathy in Earl's name.
