He was predeceased by: his wife Marie (Leonard); his parents, Theodore Bilger and Violet Bilger; his brothers, Alec (Marie) and Larry Bilger; his friend Gloria Hughes; and also, Morley, Clara Leonard, Jack (Gladys) and Ross (Louise).
He is survived by: his children, Wynn Bilger and Mollyann Stephenson (Bill); his grandchildren, Karen Bilger, Michael Bilger (Jamie), Sarah Gardiner (Joel) and Bryce Stephenson (Heather); his great grandchildren, Aidan, Avery Bilger, Sophia, Sylvia, Henry Gardiner, Liam and Olivia Stephenson; and his sister-in-law Joanne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
