Frederick Sivyer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2021, at the age of 91, Frederick Sivyer (Tillsonburg, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his significant other Ruth "Eileen" Sivyer; his parents, Edward Sivyer and Oral Sivyer; and his siblings, Raymond Sivyer, Ivan Sivyer, Ross Sivyer, Teddy Sivyer, Pansy Vitas and Richard Sivyer.

He is survived by: his children, Janet Fairall (late Dennis) of Windsor, Dave Sivyer (Sue) of Woodstock, Kelvin "Kelly" Sivyer (Linda) of Tillsonburg, Beth O'Grady (Steve) of St. Marys and George (Pat) of Tillsonburg; and his grandchildren, Erin Thibert, Jeremy Fairall, Brad, Jessica Sivyer, Erik Sivyer, Kristin Wright, David Tost, Shawn and Krystal Sivyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

All guests must wear a face mask and maintain social distancing. The Funeral Service for Fred will be private and will be held at Ostrander's Funeral Home in Tillsonburg on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021.

At the family's request, memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
