He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Karagias and Marigo Karagias; his siblings, John Karagias, Christina, Mihalia and Diamanto; and his brothers-in-law, John Papaioannou, Nick Kyiriakopoulos and Jim Kyiriakopoulos (late Toula).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Karagias (Kyiriakopoulos) of Tillsonburg; his sons, Michael Karagias (Lynne) of Niagara Falls, Theodore Karagias (Stathy) of Mississauga and Andrew Karagias (Marianne) of Markham; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Papaioannou, Georgina Kyiriakopoulos, Louie and Effie Kyiriakopoulos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
