He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Jean; and his sisters, Shirley and Mary Lou. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his sons, Steve Carter (Heather) and Craig Carter; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jackson; and his sister Donna McLean.
