He is survived by: his wife Margaret Shepherd; his children, Tyke (Johnny), Cathy (Norm), Fred (Linda), Sandra, John, Ted and Barney; his grandchildren, Jennie (Jay), Mandy (Mike), Kate (Cory), Samantha (Kyle), Cody, Brodie, Brooke (Simon) and Haley; his great grandchildren, Maggie, Mason, Hunter, Kaydyn, Cole, Owen, Elijah and Ezekiel; and his siblings, Joan, Fred and Donald.
Memorial donations to the "Ronald McDonald House Charities," or to the "TDMH Foundation" would be appreciated by the family.
