She was predeceased by: her spouse Wouter; and her siblings, Taetske, Wieger, Sjoukje, Geert, Froukje Sofia, Ype, Foukje, Seye, Ybele, Brant and Andries.
She is survived by: her children, Ron (Janice), Anja and Wally (Pam); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Justin (Jenni), Kazuo and Akio; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Kobe and Lucas; and her extended family, Helen, Alida and Ida Ham. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
