He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sara Peters (Zacharias); his child Sara Long (Kevin) of Tillsonburg; his grandchildren, Samantha, Elizabeth, Allyson and Adam; his stepchildren, Susan Redecop (Henry), John Peters (Anna), Sara Thiesen (George), Margaret Redecop (Henry), Frank Peters (Margaret), Katharina Redecop (Peter), Helen Braun (Peter), Maria Harder (Henry) and Jacob Peters; and his parents, Peter Peters and Elisabeth Peters (Reimer). He was also cherished by step-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
