He is survived by: his children, Wendy Marissen (Matt), Julie Marissen, Erin Barker (Robert), Megan Marissen (Tony) and Tony Marissen (Alicia); his grandchildren, Kayla, Andrew, Addison, Jared, Hazel, Hayden, Rhys, James, Ellie and Sophie; his former wife Janice Schuurman (Jeff); his brother-in-law Dirk VanDixhoorn; his friend Rick; Annie Marissen and Harry Marissen (Ida).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ostrander's Funeral Home (43 Bidwell St, Tillsonburg, ON N4G3T6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
