He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schonberger and Elizabeth Schonberger; his sister Betty Smith; and his brother-in-law Havens Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Helen; his children, Rob Schonberger (Judy) and Mike Schonberger; his grandchildren, David Schonberger (Michelle), Stephanie Schonberger (Samer Haj-Bakri), Katie Schonberger (Ryan Ferland), Zach Schonberger, Luke Schonberger, Noah Schonberger, Magdalena Schonberger, Joseph Schonberger, Ava Schonberger, Christian Schonberger and Erika Schonberger; and his great grandchildren, Luna Haj-Bakri and Joni Schonberger.

Memorial donations to St. Mary's Parish Building Fund or Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the Schonberger family.
