She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Kozakievicz; and her parents, Joseph Svegly and Anna Svegly. She is survived by: her children, Norman, David (April) and Cathy Matthys (Jim); and her grandchildren, Megan (Tanner), Stephanie (Chadd), Emily and Adam.
