She was predeceased by : her husband Peter Kozakievicz; and her parents, Joseph Svegly and Anna Svegly. She is survived by : her children, Norman, David (April) and Cathy Matthys (Jim); and her grandchildren, Megan (Tanner), Stephanie (Chadd), Emily and Adam.

Memorial donations to Woodingford Lodge, Tillsonburg may be made by contacting Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
