She was predeceased by: her parent Amandus Vandenberghe; her son Frank (Kim); and her sister Margaret DeFauw. She is survived by: her parent Maria Vandenberghe; her spouse Robert (Bob Fasseel); her children, Linda (Randy Gee) and Sandra (Bill Bridgeman); her grandchildren, Lisa Binder, Trevor Bridgeman, Kevin Bridgeman, Amber Fasseel and Kyle Fasseel; her great grandchildren, Zack Bridgeman and Taylor Bridgeman; and her sister Madeline Willaeys.

Memorial donations in memory of Julie may be made to the "Alzheimer's Society" or the "Langton Baptist Church" through the funeral home.
