She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Achiel Henri Eeckeloo; her children, Nicole (Langton), Ingrid (Andrew Winne) and Caroline Vandekerckhove (Don Huyge) of Delhi; her grandchildren, Angie (Brian Holowachuk) of Tillsonburg, Paul Winne (Bonnie), Gregory DeVos (Rolanda), Sabrina (Bryan Smith) of Belmont and Kevin Vandekerckhove of Tillsonburg; and her sibling Lizette Wybo of Belgium. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Justine's memory are to the "Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital Foundation.".
