He was predeceased by : his wife Rachel Suzanna Demaree (Demaiter); his daughter Lisa Demaree; and his parents, Leon Joseph Demaree and Julia Demaree (Venrietvelde). He is survived by : his children, David Demaree (Patricia) of Tillsonburg, Martha (William Day) of London, Sandra (Charles Doran) of Ayr, Brian Demaree (Karen) of Tillsonburg and Michael Demaree of Tillsonburg; his grandchildren, Lauren (Daniel), Matthew (Angela), Mark, Amanda (Arjun), Brett (Devin), Julie, Kathleen (Chaz), Brian, Cali, Megan, Benjamin, Jack, Tyler and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Ashton, Ava and Kip; and his sister Clara Demaree of London.

Due to COVID attendance-related restrictions, a Private Complete Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 14th, 2020 at St. Mary's R. C. Church, Tillsonburg by Rev. Fr. Thomas Kuriacko.
