Marion Elizabeth Partlo Obituary

She was predeceased by: her close friend Arthur Partlo; her parents, Roy Hughes and Marie Hughes (Miller); her brother Don; her sister-in-law Irene Hughes; her sister Ruth; her brother-in-law Len Bourgeois; and her siblings' children, Sharon Bourgeois, Pete Bourgeois and Richard Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Hayward (Greg) and Max Partlo (Karen); her grandchildren, Jessica Swance (Adam), Kerilyn Bruckler (Jordan) and Taylor Partlo (Shawn Stubbs); her stepgrandsons, Jared and Sean Miller; her great grandchildren, Bradley, Adelaide Swance, Kashious and Cohen Bruckler; and her siblings-in-law, Barb Gall (Partlo) and Dave Partlo (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her time at University Hospital in London and then St Thomas Elgin General was made even more difficult given COVID protocols however her children and grandchildren spent every available minute with Marion talking, singing and playing her music.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Tillsonburg Cemetery and St Paul's United Church would be appreciated by the Partlo family and may be made by contacting Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with Marion's arrangements.
