She was predeceased by: her son David. She is survived by: her children, Wendy (Johnson), Steve Englander of London, Janice (Johnson), John Simon of Dorchester and Helen Johnson of Tillsonburg; her grandchildren, Karrie Englander (Mark Hedden), Nathan Englander (Ginny), Brianne Englander, Greg Simon, Kyle Simon, Jeremy Simon, Matthew Johnson (Jenna) and Brittany MacKay (Blair); and her great grandchildren, Evey Englander and Brooke MacKay.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Gerry's memory to the "Chartwell Aylmer L.T.C. – Auxiliary," the "T.D.M.H. Foundation," or "Dave Johnson Memorial Dog Park" would be gratefully appreciated by the Johnson family and can be made through the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Home, Tillsonburg, entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
