Merritt Garfield Burwell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Merritt Garfield Burwell (Tillsonburg, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Burwell (Genders); his parents, Peter Burwell and Alberta Burwell (Davis); his daughters, Ruth Pawley and Phyllis Jutzi; his grandson Michael Pawley; and his siblings, Bill, Bruce, Walter, Charlie, Hercules, Fred, Blake, Archie, Mabel and Hazel.

He is survived by: his children, Peter (Cathy) of Staffa, Michael (Judy) of Monkton, Emily Kraft (John) of Burlington, Paul Newton of Kitchener and John Newton of Kitchener. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the Burwell family.
