He was predeceased by: his sister Rae Poirier; and his nephew Jay Lee Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his daughter Kelly Hovorka (Noah Mitchell) of St. Thomas; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Vienneau-Hovorka and Staten Vienneau-Hovorka; his son Patrick Jr. (Karen) of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Matt (Lisa) and Quinn; his son Thomas Hovorka of St. Thomas; his great grandchild Giorgia; and his sisters, Joanne Smandych (late Robert) of Saskatchewan and Jean (Jim Woodward) of Saskatchewan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

All attendees must wear a mask and are asked to observe social distancing guidelines.
