He was predeceased by: his father Robert Ronald McCarey; and his stepson Jeff Munroe. He is survived by: his mother Noella (Roussy) of Tillsonburg; his child Teala Fidler (Emil) of London; his stepchildren, Angela Nesplic (Darryl) of Tillsonburg and Darren Munroe (Becca) of Tillsonburg; his stepgrandchildren, Ethan Nesplic, Hayden Nesplic and Mya Munroe; his brothers, Robert McCarey (Monica), Bill McCarey (Brenda) and Rick McCarey (Shelley); and also, Michael McCarey (Shelley) and Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations by cheque to "Rick McCarey" to assist with the funeral expenditures, would be sincerely gratefully acknowledged by the family with appreciation.
