He is survived by: his spouse Claire Pitre; his children, David Pitre (Barry Milton), Rochelle Jones (Eric Jones), Dan Pitre (Tess Pitre), Susan Pitre (Peter Muzzi) and Carol Pitre; his grandchildren, Deanna, Lucas, Cameron, Campbell, Gracen, Gabrielle, Leighton, Spencer, Elise, Adèle and Jared; and his sisters, Winnifred (Joe Ward), Joyce and Marilyn. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
