He was predeceased by: his children, Greg and Laurie DeBuck; his parents, Odiel DeBuck and Margaret DeBuck; and his siblings, Maurice, Simone, Marcel, Albert, Mary, Madeline and Pauline.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his grandchildren, Amber DeBuck, Caitlind McCurdy, Chelsea DeBuck and Cameron McCurdy; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Sophia and Nora; and his sister Joanne MacDonald.
