Rick Derycke Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rick Derycke (Tillsonburg, Ontario), who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Derycke and Arthemise Derycke (Mostrey); and his siblings-in-law, Freddy, Willy, Leslie, Tim Munroe, Ronald Verbuyst, Diane and Lenora "Jeanie" Munroe.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Derycke (Munroe); his sister Jacqueline (Don Wettlaufer) of London; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Verbuyst, Linda Munroe, Chris Munroe, Marilyn, Rudy Walgraeve, Cindy, Dave Gomori, Jim, Sue Munroe and Barbra Sinnesael.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes- Burial And (262 Broadway, Tillsonburg, ON N4G3R7). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart R. C. Cemetery (24 Albert St, Langton, ON N0E1G0).
