He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cross and Mabel Cross (Baker); his sons, Roderick, David Cross and Gordon Cross; and his siblings, Mary Hogg and Howard Cross.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary MacLeod of Aylmer; his daughter-in-law Alison Cross; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Thomas, Andrew and Laura. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
