He was predeceased by: his wife Leona; his parents, George Hallows and Lila Hallows (Dodgson); and his son-in-law Marc Moskalyk. He is survived by: his children, Randy (Barbara Hallows) and Laurie (Don Leonard); his granddaughters, Stephanie Hallows (Tyler Batstone) and Brittany Hallows (Will Gordon); his stepchildren, Rob, Deborah Kent and Susan Kent; his great grandchildren, Everon, Camden, Alex, Nicholas, Carter, Molly, Preston, Emily and Jack; and his siblings, Fred (Betty), Ken (Carole), Doreen (Fred Dienesch), Jean (Bob Armstrong), Elaine (Gary Bowman) and Janice (Brian Durham).
Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be no public visitation or service at this time.
